STRUCTEVA is a business analysis and business systems consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at [business email address].
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect:
- your company name
- your email address
- anything you choose to tell us about your challenge
Our hosting provider also processes your IP address briefly, so the site can work and so we can limit spam and abuse of the form.
How and why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you decide to work with us, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website:
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Resend, which delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox
- Calendly, if you choose to book a call through our online booking page
- our email provider, which stores our inbox
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to [12 months] if we don’t go on to work together. If we do, we keep records for as long as we need to deliver our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we will use a cookieless service and update this notice.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to you or to another organisation
